Creative Hub Academy proudly offers a staff of excellence with a national and international profile. Faculty is increasingly called to work as a “community”, sharing values, goals and practices, within the complexity that characterises today’s education (academic and vocational training, holistic approach, self evaluation, internal and external verification, feedback to students etc).

The skills that CHA requires to its faculty are various, and include a complexity of different, always evolving practical and theoretical abilities.

CHA is therefore called to continuously invest to implement targeted training courses.

As far as Qualification is concerned, 30 % of teachers hold a post-graduate certification (PhD, Specialization or Master); 85% also hold a Degree Qualification or other certificates (teaching qualification, advanced courses, etc.). The faculty has significant professional CV evidenced by all types of work performed, including public teaching experience (State Conservatories or University). About 80 % have experience in private teaching, in addition, 55% of teachers with a teaching contract have both public and private work experience. All faculty has a very strong professional experience in their field of reference.
